Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture, or equivalent experience in a related field.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD (2014 or later) is essential.
· Strong knowledge of construction details and experience with 2D construction documents (Landscape, Site, Survey, and Civil plans).
· Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
· Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet project deadlines.
· Willingness to travel for field visits and site investigations.
· Experience with Adobe Photoshop, LandFX, Sketchup, and Lumion is a plus.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jupiter, FL 33458: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
The candidate must be able to:
· Learn and apply knowledge of land development regulations governing planning in the State of Florida; Demonstrated computer skills, including proficiency in productivity applications such as Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF and Outlook.
· Draft justification statements, prepare entitlement applications;
· Make deliveries of submittal items to local municipalities.
· Work alongside landscape architects and site planners to develop plans conforming to land development regulations;
· Effectively work with team, governmental staff, clients, and private sector consultants to resolve site planning issues.
Education Requirements:
· A Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Planning, Environmental, Law, or Landscape Architecture, is preferred and AICP eligibility within 7 years is highly desirable.
