Cotleur & Hearing, Inc. was selected by J. C. Bills Enterprises to develop a unique-design solution for producing a prestigious office and retail development within the Mirasol Planned Community. Cotleur & Hearing, in conjunction with Rick Gonzalez of REG Architects, used TND principals to create a pedestrian oriented, mixed-use project while respecting the suburban context of the site. In keeping with the classic Mediterranean architectural design, the outdoor environment contains formal plantings, fountains, courtyards and arbors.
