Wellington Reserve Office Building Cotleur & Hearing, Inc. was retained by Mr. Frank Ching to permit a commercial development for a 20-acre site located in the rapidly growing 441 Corridor of Wellington. The presence of degraded wetlands throughout the site created permitting challenges that were successfully overcome by the Cotleur & Hearing team. Cotleur & Hearing developed an on-site wetland mitigation program to allow for the development of 60% of the site. Wetland mitigation included vertical relocation of existing wetland areas to address the required lowering of the controlled water elevation. Additionally, Cotleur & Hearing assisted the owner in developing the site and landscape plans required for zoning approvals through the Village of Wellington. Permits were issued in August of 2003.
