Navigating the complexities of project approvals with the Town of Jupiter, Cotleur & Hearing’s planning team played a pivotal role in shaping the vibrant development that would become Charlie & Joe’s at Love Street. Now a premier destination in its own right, the site offers visitors a captivating escape into a tropical paradise, embodying the exhilarating Jupiter lifestyle with exceptional dining experiences and a variety of water-oriented activities.

Cotleur & Hearing’s design team helped define and elevate the space by crafting a lush, tropical atmosphere complemented by thoughtfully integrated hardscape elements. At the heart of the property is a distinctive gathering space formed by interlocking fish hook shapes, often bustling with children playing and adults relaxing with drinks in hand. The site is home to three, unique restaurants – Lucky Shucks, The Beacon, and Topside, which has unsurpassed views of the Inlet and the Jupiter Lighthouse.

To ensure accessibility for all, the project includes a thoughtfully designed boardwalk, providing everyone with the opportunity to enjoy the serene blue and green waters that form the property’s northern boundary.
