Andrew Shelly

Andrew Shelly joined Cotleur and Hearing in March of 2022 as a Land Planner bringing 2 years of project management experience and 5 years of GIS database management experience. Andrew traveled from Pennsylvania to join the Cotleur and Hearing team, graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Lycoming College in 2018 and a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning in 2020 with a certificate in Geographic Information Systems from West Chester University. As a member of the Cotleur and Hearing team, Andrew assists in the government approval and due diligence phase of projects primarily within St. Lucie, Martin, and Palm Beach counties. Government approvals include land use amendments, rezonings, site plan approvals, site plan modifications, and zoning text amendments. Andrew utilizes geospatial data to create maps to include in government submittals and helps manage Cotleur’s company-wide GIS database. Andrew chose to pursue his passion in the planning field to be active in the development of the local community where he lives and works. He currently resides in Jupiter with his wife where they enjoy local hiking by the Jupiter Lighthouse and exploring the Florida amusement industry. Andrew is excited to help continue the growth of the South Florida community as the region continues to evolve in the years to come.
