William Sargent joined the Cotleur & Hearing Team shortly after graduating from the University of Florida in May of 2020. William graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Political Science, as well as a minor in Urban and Regional Planning. His primary focus was in Geographic Information Systems, earning a UF Certification in Geospatial Information Systems in Fall of 2020. Since joining CH, he has been gaining experience in completing various zoning applications, signage policy, master plan organization and historic designation. William grew up in Boca Raton, Florida and is an avid sportsman. He enjoys all forms of outdoor sport and recreation, from hiking to volleyball and even rowing. Going into his first years at college, his love for the outdoors guided him to pursue a path that would allow him the chance to protect and preserve the natural areas that so influenced his childhood. He soon realized that the best way to get involved in the development of his community was through the planning process, specifically through GIS presentation. William loves the field of land use planning, and especially loves his local Palm Beach County area. He is eager to bring new leadership and perspective to the ever-growing Cotleur & Hearing Team.
