Construction is officially underway on The Health Park at Avenir, as project partners recently celebrated the groundbreaking of this significant new medical campus in Palm Beach Gardens.
Located on a 13-acre site along Northlake Boulevard within the Avenir Planned Community Development (PCD), The Health Park, was originally approved in 2023 and is anchored by a 53,370-square-foot neighborhood hospital with 29 patient beds. The facility will be operated by Jupiter Medical Center, expanding access to high-quality healthcare for residents of western Palm Beach Gardens and the surrounding communities.
The project is being developed by Sina Companies and constructed by Black Diamond General Contracting, both recognized for delivering high-quality healthcare facilities. Cotleur & Hearing led the project's entitlement process and provided the site planning and landscape architecture services. The firm continues to support the project as construction moves forward.
