Key Responsibilities:
As a Landscape Designer with us, you’ll be an integral part of our dynamic team, contributing to projects that challenge your skills and creativity. Your key responsibilities will include:
· Utilizing your creative and problem-solving mindset to develop innovative landscape designs that exceed client expectations.
· Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and clients to seamlessly integrate your designs into larger projects.
· Taking ownership of projects and working directly with senior landscape architects and land planners.
· Demonstrating self-motivation and confidently contributing creative ideas that enhance the overall design process.
· Producing high-quality conceptual and construction documents, utilizing hand drawing skills, 2D AutoCAD, and 3D renderings.
· Managing project deadlines effectively and coordinating with project teams to ensure timely completion.
· Conducting thorough field visits and site investigations to gather relevant data and document findings accurately.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture, or equivalent experience in a related field.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD (2014 or later) is essential.
· Strong knowledge of construction details and experience with 2D construction documents (Landscape, Site, Survey, and Civil plans).
· Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
· Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet project deadlines.
· Willingness to travel for field visits and site investigations.
· Experience with Adobe Photoshop, LandFX, Sketchup, and Lumion is a plus.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.

Cotleur & Hearing, a premiere land planning/landscape architecture firm located in Jupiter, FL, is looking for a full time administrative assistant to work in our beautiful office.
– Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and other group activities.
– Maintain organized files, databases, and archives of relevant records for easy retrieval and reference.
Qualifications:
Cotleur & Hearing is requesting resumes for an entry level (0-5 years) land use planner. Candidates typically work under an AICP supervisor and as experience is gained, perform a broader range of duties advancing to mid-level planner.
The candidate must be able to:
· Learn and apply knowledge of land development regulations governing planning in the State of Florida; Demonstrated computer skills, including proficiency in productivity applications such as Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF and Outlook.
· Draft justification statements, prepare entitlement applications;
· Make deliveries of submittal items to local municipalities.
· Work alongside landscape architects and site planners to develop plans conforming to land development regulations;
· Effectively work with team, governmental staff, clients, and private sector consultants to resolve site planning issues.
Education Requirements:
· A Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Planning, Environmental, Law, Real Estate, Political Science, Landscape Architecture, is preferred and AICP eligibility within 7 years is highly desirable.
