We’re excited to share that our Garden Square project in Greenacres received formal Site Plan approval from the City Council in April 2025, marking a major milestone for this thoughtfully designed residential development.
Situated on a 4.99-acre site at 6645 Chickasaw Road, Garden Square will feature 44 modern townhome units across 10 buildings, complete with internal roadways, green spaces, and community amenities. This project reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering quality housing that aligns with city growth goals and complements surrounding neighborhoods.
This approval follows a successful Future Land Use amendment and rezoning process in 2023, allowing the project to evolve from a previously approved 25-unit single-family layout into a higher-density, community-focused design that better meets today’s housing needs.
