Approval Update: Bellamy Project, Palm Beach Gardens

Cotleur & Hearing, in partnership with Greystar Development, has received unanimous approval from the Palm Beach Gardens City Council for the Bellamy project—a transformative redevelopment initiative within the Mira Flores community.

Spanning 3.39 acres, Bellamy will replace 32 existing units with a striking 7/8-story residential building featuring 362 multifamily units, including 10% designated as workforce housing. More than just a housing expansion, the project plays a pivotal role in advancing the city’s vision for its Transit Oriented District (TOD) by introducing the density needed to support alternative transportation options, mixed-use development, and enhanced urban mobility.

Designed to foster a more connected and sustainable urban lifestyle, Bellamy is strategically positioned to serve as a vital link to Palm Beach Gardens’ urban core. The project reflects a forward-thinking approach to land use and community planning.

Cotleur & Hearing is leading the site design and land planning efforts, supported by a distinguished project team including Architectural Alliance, Inc., Kimley-Horn, MSA Architects, Inc., Gunster, and Simmons & White, Inc. Together, they are delivering a bold vision for innovative urban development in one of South Florida’s most dynamic cities.
