Approval Update: Panther National Clubhouse, Palm Beach Gardens

Panther National, a 390+ acre golfer’s paradise located within the Avenir Planned Community Development (PCD) in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, continues to make strides in its development. The latest milestone is the approval of its state-of-the-art, 55,000+ square foot golf course clubhouse.

Overlooking the Jack Nicklaus and Justin Thomas-designed Signature 18-hole golf course, the new clubhouse is one of the most uniquely designed facilities of its kind. It was envisioned by renowned architect Max Strang in collaboration with Peacock + Lewis Architects, blending modern design with luxurious functionality.

The clubhouse offers a wide range of high-end amenities tailored to enhance the member experience. Cotleur & Hearing, working closely with the project development team, successfully secured site plan approval from the Palm Beach Gardens City Council, marking a significant step forward in the community’s evolution.

As development and construction continue to progress, the Panther National clubhouse stands as a centerpiece of innovation and elegance within this premier golfing destination.
