On November 1st, the Westlake City Council approved the plat and site plan for Phase 3 of the Terraces of Westlake, completing plans for this 477-home townhome neighborhood. Phases 1 and 2, currently under construction, include 251 attached single-family homes. Phase 3 will add 226 more, further expanding this thoughtfully designed community. The architectural style of the Terraces blends Coastal Contemporary and Urban Transitional aesthetics, drawing from historic coastal vernaculars and reinterpreting them with a modern, clean design approach.

Our contributions include creating open spaces and designing cohesive street tree landscaping that enhances the neighborhood’s character and promotes a welcoming environment.
