Cotleur & Hearing at the 2026 ULI Florida Summit
Cotleur & Hearing recently attended the 2026 ULI Florida Summit in Orlando, joining hundreds of land use, development, and real estate professionals for two days of market insight, collaboration, and relationship-building. The Summit brought together public and private sector leaders from across Florida to discuss market conditions, growth trends, housing challenges, infrastructure planning, and the evolving future of community development.
With the recent opening of the firm’s Orlando office, this year’s Summit held particular significance. Orlando Director Robert Bias and Co-President Nicole Plunkett attended with a clear focus: strengthening Central Florida relationships and expanding the firm’s presence among partners active in the region. The event provided valuable opportunities to reconnect with existing clients and collaborators while establishing new industry connections.
Following the first day of sessions, Cotleur & Hearing sponsored and hosted a dinner for staff, clients, and industry partners. The evening created space for more meaningful conversation beyond the conference setting, bringing together both long-standing relationships and new connections within the Central Florida development community.
A highlight of the Summit was the ULI member tour of Evermore Orlando Resort, offering an inside look at one of Central Florida’s most ambitious hospitality developments. The tour included a walkthrough of the Conrad Hotel, a visit to the presidential suite with panoramic views of the property, and presentations from the project’s consultants and resort leadership outlining current progress and future plans. The experience provided valuable insight into how large-scale hospitality and mixed-use environments are being thoughtfully planned, entitled, and delivered to create long-term value. Orlando’s development market continues to accelerate, and the Summit reinforced Cotleur & Hearing’s strong position to serve clients throughout the region. The connections made and conversations held are already supporting ongoing business development efforts, and the firm looks forward to building on that momentum across Orlando and throughout the state.
