Job Title: Mid-Senior Level Landscape Designer/Landscape Architect

Key Responsibilities: As a Landscape Designer with us, you'll be an integral part of our dynamic team, contributing to projects that challenge your skills and creativity. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Utilizing your creative and problem-solving mindset to develop innovative landscape designs that exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and clients to seamlessly integrate your designs into larger projects.
  • Taking ownership of projects and working directly with senior landscape architects and land planners.
  • Demonstrating self-motivation and confidently contributing creative ideas that enhance the overall design process.
  • Producing high-quality conceptual and construction documents, utilizing hand drawing skills, 2D AutoCAD, and 3D renderings.
  • Managing project deadlines effectively and coordinating with project teams to ensure timely completion.
  • Conducting thorough field visits and site investigations to gather relevant data and document findings accurately.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture, or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 6-8 years of experience working at as a Landscape Designer/Landscape Architect
  • Competency in 2D construction documents (Landscape, Site, Survey, and Civil)
  • Strong AutoCAD skills (2014 or later) is essential.
  • Competency with 2D construction documents (Landscape, Site, Survey, and Civil plans).
  • Strong knowledge of construction details
  • Demonstrates self-motivation and can confidently add creative ideas designs
  • Positive work ethic and shall have the ability to work independently as well collaboratively within a team environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines and coordinate with multiple disciplines and clients
  • A creative and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to travel to conduct and document field visits and site investigation
  • Adobe Photoshop and Trimble Sketchup skills a plus
  • LandFX a plus
  • Lumion a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
  • Any experience with Urban Planning is helpful

Job Title: Senior Level Land Use Planner

Key Responsibilities: As a Land Planner with us, you'll be an integral part of our dynamic team, contributing to projects that challenge your skills and creativity. Planners work on wide range of projects within the state of Florida. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Learn and apply knowledge of land development regulations governing planning in the State of Florida.
  • Draft justification statements, prepare entitlement applications.
  • Make deliveries of submittal items to local municipalities.
  • Work alongside landscape architects and other site planners to develop plans conforming to land development regulations.
  • Effectively work with team, governmental staff, clients, and private sector consultants to resolve site planning issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Planning, or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 7-9 years of experience working at as a Landscape Designer/Landscape Architect
  • AICP certified planner
  • Experience with GIS
  • Demonstrates self-motivation and can confidently add creative ideas
  • Positive work ethic and shall have the ability to work independently as well collaboratively within a team environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines and coordinate with multiple disciplines and clients
  • A creative and problem-solving mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
