On January 29, 2026, Seawood Builders hosted the groundbreaking ceremony for the new Arbor House apartment building along RCA Boulevard in Palm Beach Gardens. Arbor House is Building #13 within POD D of the approved PGA Station Planned Unit Development.
This latest addition to PGA Station was unanimously approved in 2024. Cotleur & Hearing processed the entitlement and design applications for the proposed Transit-Oriented Development, which included the termination of the former Gardens Station PUD.
This exciting addition to the City’s Transit-Oriented District will bring 300 residential apartment units, including 30 workforce housing units. The project is being completed by Abacus Capital Group, which purchased the property from Catalfumo Companies following the 2024 approval.
