Cotleur & Hearing was inspired by the life commitment of Edna Runner,  Founder and Director of West Community Center and West Jupiter Tutorial Center.  This non-profit organization focuses on teaching life skills to at-risk children in West Jupiter during the time of the day after school ends.  Edna’s program transforms the hearts and minds of young children in a challenging world and gives them a safe place to call home away from home.

Cotleur & Hearing’s staff worked with Commissioner Karen Marcus to acquire property in close proximity to the housing authority in Jupiter. This acquisition enable the center to use their existing property more efficiently by transferring upland preserve obligations to the new property.
