Cotleur & Hearing was retained by Sisca Construction Services for zoning entitlements and development of site and landscape design plans as well as the preparation of the irrigation modification plans for the proposed redeveloped golf club house and the related vehicular use, cart path and pedestrian facilities. Irrigation plans were prepared to facilitate permitting, bidding and construction implementation.
