Cotleur & Hearing, Inc. was retained by Liberty Property Trust to assist in creating a high quality Class A industrial site along Southern Boulevard, only a few miles west of Palm Beach International Airport.  The project consists of six warehouse and manufacturing buildings, totaling 660,000 square feet.  The first two buildings were constructed and quickly occupied by new industries to the area. The next two buildings are under construction to meet the high demand for high quality industrial spaces in Palm Beach County. Cotleur & Hearing was integral in the approvals of the development and continues to assist in amendments to the project. C & H also was instrumental in creating a natural area where birds are frequent visitors.
