Cotleur & Hearing, Inc. was retained by Dardin Restaurants to assist in launching their new Seasons 52 Restaurant concept on PGA Boulevard at the corner of Prosperity Farms Road and the Intracoastal Waterway. The site is the former location of Hibiscus and Fathoms Restaurants, both of which had difficulty in achieving economic success with the mammoth 18,000 sq. ft. Restaurant building. The Seasons 52 Restaurant concept was designed to enhance the exterior imagery of the building to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Covered canopies were added along the west elevation to provide for shade and weather protection and to take advantage of the waterfront for outdoor seating. Cotleur & Hearing was retained by Dardin Restaurants to aid in expediting the project through the lengthy zoning entitlement process at the city of Palm Beach Gardens. The project was successfully approved with positive acknowledgement.
