The Astor Creek Amenity and Cart Barn site is part of the premier golf course community in Port St. Lucie. Cotleur & Hearing provided Astor Creek with comprehensive site and landscape plans, along with land planning entitlement work. The cart barn is used daily by members and the clubhouse is currently under construction. The amenity area includes a lifestyle clubhouse, resort pool and lounge area, bocce courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, a basketball court, and a large event lawn. Full dining and bar services will be available indoors and out by the resort-style pool in a comfortably elegant environment.
