This month, Cotleur & Hearing is proud to celebrate the final permitting of the Brooks Subdivision housing project in Riviera Beach. Our team has had the privilege of providing landscape architecture and irrigation design for this transformative development by REG Architects, which will bring 22 affordable single-family homes to a 4-acre vacant lot in partnership with Palm Beach County.
The thoughtfully designed community includes one- and two-story homes with three distinct floor plans, each offered in Caribbean and Craftsman architectural styles. Homes will feature three to four bedrooms, ranging from 1,300 to 1,540 square feet, with the added convenience of covered carports. Our landscape and irrigation designs complement the vision of creating a welcoming, functional, and sustainable environment for future residents.
