Located in Palm Beach Gardens Florida, PGA Station is a 30+ acre mixed-use planned unit development (PUD). Cotleur & Hearing has been working on the evolution of PGA Station for more than 20 years and recently received Palm Beach Gardens City Council Approval for the addition of 620 new residential apartment units, including 62 new workforce housing units.
The additional residential units continue to support the City’s goals providing housing opportunities in close proximity to some of the largest employment generators in the City, creating opportunities for multi-modal transportation and supporting the City’s mobility goals. The latest addition to PGA Station was brought forward by Catalfumo Companies in partnership with the Richman Group of Florida. This same development team brought forward the first phase of residential within PGA Station in 2021 when the City Council approved a 396-unit apartment building, which included 40 workforce units.
