Supports NPBRC’s Vision for a World-Class Rowing Center
Cotleur & Hearing is proud to support the North Palm Beach Rowing Club (NPBRC) in their mission to expand access to rowing and water-based recreation through the development of a new boathouse. Earlier this month, members of the CH team attended the Build the Boathouse Fundraising Gala, held on May 3, 2025, at the Frenchman’s Reserve Country Club in Palm Beach Gardens. The evening brought together community leaders, athletes, and supporters to rally behind the campaign, which includes a live auction, dinner, and presentations highlighting the impact of NPBRC programs across Palm Beach County. Founded in 2007, NPBRC is dedicated to fostering personal growth, competitive excellence, and community connection through the sport of rowing. With programming that serves youth, adults, and adaptive athletes, the organization is deeply committed to inclusivity, access, and character development.
The proposed 14,000-square-foot boathouse will serve as a permanent home for the club, providing indoor training rooms, locker rooms, boat storage, and recovery areas. The facility will be located within Bert Winters Park, offering expanded access to the Intracoastal Waterway and strengthening the club’s outreach to under-resourced communities, disabled athletes, and veterans. Cotleur & Hearing is working closely with NPBRC to facilitate site and landscape plan design, including coordination with Palm Beach County throughout the entitlement and permitting process. Designed by local architecture firm Birse Thomas, the boathouse will reflect both the functionality required for a training facility and the natural beauty of the surrounding waterfront. We are inspired by NPBRC’s commitment to health, teamwork, and environmental stewardship, and proud to support a project that aligns so closely with Cotleur & Hearing’s own values of design excellence and community impact.
