Bailey Overstreet brings more than a decade of experience in visualization, design communication, and 3D graphics for landscape architecture, planning, and engineering projects nationwide, with a strong focus in Florida. She specializes in transforming complex design ideas into clear, compelling visuals that support client decisions, public approvals, and project pursuits.

Bailey’s portfolio includes large master-planned communities, mixed-use developments, multifamily residential, hospitality, parks, and civic improvements. She has led visualization efforts across all phases of design—from early concepts to public exhibits, design development, and marketing materials—regularly supporting stakeholder engagement and presentation needs.

In addition to production work, Bailey has overseen visualization strategy, set graphic standards, managed multi-office workflows, and collaborated closely with technical and marketing teams to ensure visual consistency and accuracy. Her graphics have also played a key role in successful proposals and business development efforts.

Before joining Cotleur & Hearing, Bailey served as the lead visualization professional for regional offices at RVi Planning + Landscape Architecture, where she mentored staff, coordinated multidisciplinary teams, and supported a broad range of clients. This experience shaped her ability to create scalable systems while maintaining high design quality.

At Cotleur & Hearing, Bailey serves as Regional Project Manager – Visualization & Design in the Orlando office, leading visualization efforts as the firm expands in Central Florida.
