Peter Hofheinz

Peter brings over 17 years of experience in land planning and pre-development project management, with expertise in urban planning, master planning, site design, zoning, and land use strategy. His background spans both the public and private sectors, most recently serving as Vice President of Development for Tambone Companies and previously holding leadership roles with the City of Palm Beach Gardens. At Cotleur & Hearing, Peter joins our planning team in a senior leadership role, where he will help guide land development and entitlement efforts alongside our experienced planners, and project managers, and designers. His ability to navigate complex regulatory processes and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams enhances our ability to support clients from concept through approval with clarity and efficiency.

Peter’s portfolio includes a wide range of development types, including residential subdivisions, multifamily communities, commercial centers, industrial parks, and medical and professional office campuses. He is well known for his collaborative approach and strong relationships with public agencies and stakeholders, qualities that align closely with our client-centered values.
